Koch & Schmidt, LLC is a small, respected boutique law firm located in the Central Business District of New Orleans seeking a full time associate to primarily assist our current team with legal research, writing drafts of pleadings, motions and discovery, trial practice, and other litigation related duties. Practice: Commercial Litigation, Commercial and Real Estate Law, Maritime Law, Personal Injury, and Insurance Law
Required: Admitted to practice law in LA, 2 years of Associate experience, excellent writing and research skills
Preferred: Litigation experience, Federal Court or Judicial Clerkship Experience
